Wonderfull one size inserts

Really two inserts in one, this is an extremely reliable, super-slim insert, designed by a mum in the USA. It is extremely popular there and is fast becoming popular in Europe. They naturally complement Wonderoos and the micro-terry insert is sold with the Wonderoo nappy as a set. Many customers like to use the hemp insert for night time or for heavier wetters, and some mix and match hemp with micro-terry. However more and more customers are choosing Wonder-fulls one size inserts as their insert of choice for use with other pocket nappies which they also suit really well.

One-sized
Wonder-Fulls consist of one large insert and one small insert that can be snapped together to make it easy to put them into the nappy. For newborns just use the smaller insert. For larger infants and toddlers use the larger insert or snap the inserts together. Wonder-Fulls are made from either hemp fabric or microterry.

Hemp fabric is more absorbent than cotton and has anti-microbial properties to help keep your baby's skin healthy. Hemp is an extremely environmentally friendly fibre too, as it can be grown without the use of pesticides and fertilizers etc. The top layer of the smaller part is made from hemp-fleece which absorbs liquid quickly, before leaks can occur, making Wonder-Fulls out-perform other hemp inserts in this respect.The small insert snaps together with a larger insert to give a further three layers of thirsty hemp jersey for larger sized pocket nappies. Wonder-Fulls™ are shaped to fill the pocket perfectly, giving good coverage over the nappy area without adding bulk. Hemp is more absorbent than cotton, weight for weight, making it trim yet absorbent. Even with the two inserts together (six layers of hemp fabric) the whole insert is no thicker than 0.6cm. It is also a more environmentally friendly crop to grow than cotton. Hemp Wonder-Fulls™ work especially well overnight or for heavier wetters.

Microterry is a synthetic material, meaning that it stays very soft, even in hard water areas. It is very absorbent and so makes for a nice slim insert, though is not quite as slim as hemp. The smaller part is made up of 3 layers with 3 more layers in the larger insert. It absorbs liquid extremely quickly to reduce the chances of leaks. These inserts are made from very high quality fluffy microterry and are approximately 1.5cm thick when both inserts are used together. This fabric is very quick drying, lightweight, absorbent and quick to absorb amking it perfect for nappies.

Wonder-Fulls are the perfect shape for pocket nappies, giving excellent coverage and protection from leaks, whilst keeping them trim. At the front and underneath, where your baby needs absorbency most, there are six layers of fabric (when the two parts are snapped together). At the back where less absorbency is needed there are only three layers of fabric, to keep the nappy trim to fit under clothes etc. However, the insert becomes nice and broad at the back so that a large amount of the nappy area is covered, making it protect against leaks better than a simple rectangular shape.

We recommend Wonder-Fulls for use with many pocket nappies (apart from Swaddlebees), and they work particularly well with Wonderoos and Fuzzi Bunz. They fit into small, medium large and XL Fuzzi Bunz. Wonder-Fulls can also be used as a shaped nappy in a similar way to prefolds, inside a snug-fitting wrap with a liner on top, or as a booster for any type of nappy.

At first glance Wonder-Fulls seem more expensive than other inserts, but because they adapt from birth to potty training there's no need to buy more than one size of inserts, making them economical. When you compare the price of one Wonder-Full with the price of two or three sizes of other inserts they offer fantastic value. Furthermore their shape means that you get a lot of fabric for your money compared with other, less generously cut inserts! You will almost certainly not need to buy boosters for use with these inserts.
